Design a Portable Sanitizer Dispenser

Problem Statement

Design a hand sanitizer dispenser that is both portable and suitable for high-traffic areas. The device should be easy to refill, durable, and minimize contact points for hygiene.

Requirements

• Hold at least 500ml of liquid sanitizer
• Single-handed dispensing mechanism
• Clear indication when refill is needed
• Mountable on wall or freestanding
• Easy to clean and maintain

Constraints

• Maximum weight: 800g (empty)
• Maximum dimensions: 30cm height × 15cm width
• Must use common plastics (ABS, PP, or HDPE)
• Cost target: < $15 per unit at 10,000 quantity
